Report a bot for abuse
This method authenticates with your developer account. The easiest way to call it is the dashboard, which signs the request for you. Direct calls need a dashboard session cookie.
Reports a bot for abuse. Reasons limited to a fixed list. One pending report per user per bot. You cannot report your own bot. (A DB trigger auto-suspends a bot on 3 upheld reports in 30 days; the trigger lives in the migration, not in this file.)
