createApp
Register an embedded web app
This method authenticates with your developer account. The easiest way to call it is the dashboard, which signs the request for you. Direct calls need a dashboard session cookie.
Registers an embedded web app for a bot. The URL must be https; the domain starts unverified. Returns the app plus the bot's app signing secret, shown once.
