getAppInitData
Get signed launch data for an app
This method authenticates with your developer account. The easiest way to call it is the dashboard, which signs the request for you. Direct calls need a dashboard session cookie.
Returns the signed launch payload for opening an app. Any signed-in user may open a verified app; the initData carries their per-bot scoped identity and auth_date, HMAC-signed with the bot's app secret. When bot_id is passed (launch from a bot thread), the app must belong to that bot.
