Regenerate the app signing secret

This method authenticates with your developer account. The easiest way to call it is the dashboard, which signs the request for you. Direct calls need a dashboard session cookie.

Generates a new app signing secret for the bot, shown once. Old initData stops validating; update SPRINTELEX_APP_SECRET on your server.
