The trust model, in one paragraph
Human chats on SprinTelex are end-to-end encrypted, and bots can never enter them. Bots only live in bot chats, which are server-mediated, never encrypted, and always labeled as bot chats. Every bot ships with two tokens: a test token that only works in sandbox chats, and a live token for real users. Users can block any bot, and three upheld abuse reports in 30 days suspend a bot automatically. Read the full picture in core concepts.
Your first call
Create a bot in the app (Settings → Developer → My bots), copy its test token, and check it:
