getBotMessages
Read a bot chat's message history
This method authenticates with your developer account. The easiest way to call it is the dashboard, which signs the request for you. Direct calls need a dashboard session cookie.
Owner-scoped message log across all of the bot's threads (both envs), newest first. Each message carries its thread's env.
